• Tuganire: messaging and calling with instant translation.
• Mbaza: an AI tutor for Rwanda’s curriculum.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the product, this may include a name, phone number, email, or school-related profile details you provide. Tuganire processes messages, media, and call data so chat, translation, and calls work. Mbaza processes questions, answers, grade, subject, and mode so the tutor can respond. We also collect technical data such as device type, operating system, app version, and language settings.

3. How we use information

• Run and improve Tuganire, Mbaza, and this website
• Translate messages and generate tutor replies
• Keep accounts secure and stop abuse
• Answer support and legal requests

We do not sell personal information.

4. Translation and AI

Tuganire uses automated translation. Mbaza uses AI models to generate study guidance. Content may be processed by our systems and by processors we use only to provide the feature. We do not use private messages or student work to advertise to you.

5. Sharing

We share information only to operate the service, when you ask us to, when the law requires it, or to protect users and the company.

6. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes, unless the law requires longer. We use reasonable security measures. No system is perfectly secure.

7. Children and students

Tuganire is intended for users who can hold a phone account under applicable law, typically age 13 and older, unless a parent or guardian is involved as required locally. K-Electronics AI prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including sexual content involving minors, grooming, and sexual solicitation.

Mbaza is an education product and may be used by students, including minors, at school or at home. We do not ask for more personal information than needed to run the tutor. To request deletion of a child’s information, email info@kelectronics.ai.

8. Your choices

You can stop using a product at any time. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to the law. Email info@kelectronics.ai.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. The current version is always on this page.
